I enjoy life and the many surprises that it has to offer. I am a down-to-earth woman with a good sense of humour. Sometimes silly, sometimes serious. . I have had many life experiences and find it easy to talk with people. I'm curious about nature and the world around me. I enjoy experiencing new adventures (sorry, I draw the line at skydiving). I even enjoy working around cars or in the garden. Like most kinds of music - oldies, rock'n'roll, country, even light classical (not rap or hip hop - can't understand what they're saying!!!)
Somewhat independant - have to be when you're on your own.

I love the outdoors in summer - there's so much to experience. I like camping, easy to moderate hiking, being intoxicated by the fresh mountain air and relaxing by an evening campfire.
Have had the opportunity to travel within Canada and the USA on the back of a Goldwing - lots of fun.
The winter finds me indoors mostly (I do skate and would like to learn to Xcountry ski)unless I'm in the southern climes. How about a game of cribbage,shoot some pool or watch a movie? Perhaps just relaxing infront of the fireplace, a nice glass of wine and some snuggling??

Although I am open to a long term relationship, I'm not rushing into anything. Life is short. Let's have some fun. One last thing. I've been burnt (as many of us have), so I can be a little guarded at first.
