| | my kids are grown and out on their own and so i can do whatever i want now. i've done some traveling the last couple of years....working vacations that is....i'm not well off or anything like that. i work full time, i've just quit smoking and holding my own. wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. read the newspaper the other day and noticed ice cream stock has risen significantly since i quit. hmmmm....i wonder? so, with that being said i have also HAD to join a gym. i like to go to movies, have a nice dinner and talk over a bottle of wine....or a cup of coffee. i love being outdoors. spent last years' fall in vermont and this past winter in maui. i'm in my hometown now where my children are. would like to get to know some new people with similiar interests. people around my age...ones that are NOT MARRIED, not male and i'm not interested in any threesome, foursome etc. you know what i mean...so no surprises. i've been accused of being somewhat aloof at times but i think it is because i'm shy in the beginnings of relationships...but i come around. see you around soon. |
