I'm a loving, fun, person with awhole lot of life yet to get to and would like someone to enjoy it with.

I do not jump into anything, well not to much anymore, but as far as this starting

over I'm going slow, if I get lucky to fall in love again I want to be sure that we

are friends, good friends first.

I'm looking for
someone to share things with, a sunset, anything and everything. Just walking and holding hands, being able to talk about everything. To old to change and don't want to change anyone, if he or me is not what we want then that is that.
I'm an artist and love to draw, reading is a good thing, keeps the brain working.
I love to help people, that is why I volunteer so much. That and I'm not ready to just sit in front of the TV for the rest of my life.
I love to just walk and really look at things, the trees, flower's, kids playing.
Love the old rock, not the yell at you things, of course I think most of it is now elevator music.
I want to travel, I been through the West now I want to see the East, I just want to see everyplace and would love to have someone with me.
I'm very easy to get along with but not a push over, been there done that. I make a good friend and people tell me that I'm fun and make them laugh.
I'm good at finding everything interesting and love doing new things.





I volunteer at the Friends of the Animal Shelter and this was sent to me, it means

so much that I decided to put it on here.


I rescued a human today

Her eyes met mine as she walked down the corridor peering apprehensively into the

kennels. I felt her need instantly and knew I had to help her. I wagged my tail,

not too exuberantly, so she wouldn't be afraid.

As she stopped at my kennel I blocked her view from a little accident I had in the

back of my cage. As she read my kennel card I hoped that she wouldn't feel sad

about my past. I only have the future to look forward to and want to make a

difference in someone's life.

She got down on her knees and made little kissy sounds at me. I shoved my shoulder

and side of my head up against the bars to comfort her. Gentle fingertips caressed

my neck; she was desperate for companionship. A tear fell down her cheek and I

raised my paw to assure her that all would be well.

Soon my kennel door opened and her smile was so bright that I instantly jumped into

her arms. I would promise to keep her safe. I would promise to always be by her

side. I would promise to do everything I could to see that radiant smile and a

sparkle in her eyes.

I was so fortunate that she came down my corridor. So many more are out there who

haven't walked the corridors. So many more to be saved.

At least I could save one. I rescued a human today.

A first date would be a first date not the first time you met, there seems to be a misunderstanding about that.ha I don't know talk it over and see what comes up.
