.Hi there, I'm a nice, easy-going, care-free kind of guy. I live with my late teen and early twenties y.o.kids, and two dogs, in my own house. I've been raising my kids on my own since they were very young, so I'm really good with kids. And now that they're old enough to fend for themselves (LOL) I have some time for dating.
I like pretty much anything that has to do with the outdoors: camping, canoing, hiking, swimming,cycling,lake kayaking,white-water kayaking( My Passion ),and I try to work-out regularly.
I'm looking to get together with a nice local lady for coffee and conversation. Friendship is cool, and if it develops into more, that's cool too.
A friend told me that my profile was too short, so I figured I'd add some more pictures instead. That's me horsing around in the grad cap with flowers on the day my daughter graduated.

First Date
The first date or two would be pretty standard: coffee the first time, dinner and a movie the second, but the third would be a little more interesting.
Considering it's summertime, I would take a lady out to a quiet little lake which only allows small boats. I would bring a couple of my kayaks or my canoe and we could go for a paddle around the lake. I would pack a nice picnic lunch with a bottle of wine (if she likes wine) and then we would sit in the sun and make conversation.
