K, not sure exactly what it is in my profile that's scaring you guys off, but do me a favour, if I take the time to write you (which is actually a huge step for me) at least have the decency/courtesy to send me a note back, even if it's to tell me you're not interested... Thanks...

Also, a few more less obscure facts about me (this will be added to on a regular basis it seems):

1) I am BIG on my family & friends.

2) I have 12 nieces & nephews, and although they are spread all over the maritimes and the US I cherish the time I do get to spend with them!

3) I DO want to have children eventually. So if you are 100% sure that you don't, don't bother writing.

4) No offense to the the guys out there that do already have children, but I want to start my own family, not pick up someone else's. I'm sure you & your kids are great, but I'd like to start from scratch the old fashion way.

5) I love live comedy shows! A lot of my friends here in Calgary are professional comics, so I am always going to a show... sometimes more than one a week. So I hope you like to laugh as much as I do!

6)I am NOT a super-model, or a barbie doll, or a stick, or a gym bunny. Deal with it. I am an average 36 year old woman. Curves in the right places and not going to break if you look at me the wrong way.

7) I am a a down-to-earth intelligent girl who knows what she wants and that is hard for a lot of guys to deal with obviously. You all seem to SAY on here that that's what you're looking for... Do all of us women a favour: If you don't mean it, don't say it! Be honest. Women DO appreciate it.

8) I am NOT into reality TV, drama, UFC, dirt bike/motorcross racing, Nascar, or any of the like... Sorry. I don't condemn you for liking it, but I have no desire to become acquainted with it...

9) I DO like reading, anything that I can learn from, going to new places, and having fun.

10) If you have a "taken myself in the bathroom mirror, or any I'm too sexy for my shirt" picture on your profile, don't bother contacting me. Do us all a favour, save those pics for the girl you like (or really don't like depending on how you look). I know some guys are proud of their muscles, and want to promote the goods, but regardless of how hot you are, it's tacky and vain. Like Seinfeld said: "There's good naked and bad naked, and that's just bad...".

That all being said, and if you've made it this far...
