The world seems to be spinning faster and faster these days, hurry up here, get out of my way there, to much to do, so little time. I just don't understand it. The world is a beautiful place, (which we are trying so hard to destroy), why not slow down and smell the roses. Take the time to notice the small things, and maybe you will get noticed in return. This is how I go about my life these days. Care to join me. I hope so. Life has much to offer, and I would love nothing more than to spend it with that special someone. The someone who has continued to somehow elude me. Might as well come out of hiding now, for I will never give up, until the day I find you.

I like quiet times mostly, but can sometimes be persuaded to attend crowded, noisy venues. I like bicycles and on nice days I may ride for 50 or more miles. I also like fishing, playing golf, bowling,listening to The Beatles and Primus, although I enjoy any thing that is alive and moving.I try to keep up with the finer wines of the world even though I don't drink. I read Wine Spectator and Have a current Hugh Johnsons pocket guide to fine wines. I prefer soft dry red wines and have a real soft spot for true French Burgandies,(Pinot Noir)Someone just might be able to coax me into sharing a bottle with them if I absolutely do not have to drive.
I like anything outdoors, listening to music, and playing computer games when time allows. I like to play cards, shoot pool, or just sit and watch movies. I also like to garden and have been told that I really do have a green thumb. I especially like to grow roses, and I passed out many to all my wonderful female customers when I managed a state run liquor store.

I am looking for a sincere woman, one who is honest, loyal, and trusting, and someone who can become my best friend. WITHOUT THESE THINGS, YOU REALLY HAVE NOTHING. There must always be a place for discussion, a time to voice disagreement, displeasure, and to make sure there is always a constructive communication level. It would be certain death to a relationship if hard feelings were allowed to fester. Don't you agree? No one has the right to control an other ever. With the lines of communication open, one can voice their displeasure, concerns, or reasons for not agreeing with their partners wishes or desires, but once those thoughts are mentioned and each other knows how each other feels, then it is time for the one who disagrees to put self wishes and feelings aside and support their partner in whatever it is that they wish to do. I for one would like a woman who wouldn't worry or give a second thought to going and doing whatever it is that she would want to do, because she would know that when she returned home she would be greeted with open arms and a partner who would want to hear all about it right away. If you are controlling, don't apply. There has to be that understanding between two.

I've been shocked in the past when discovering the truth about past relationships. The past is the past. I will not let the foul actions of others change me.



I have recently cut off the golden locks and have a "normal" haircut, Not my style.

I hope to find a woman who wants a loving, caring and trusting guy. Are you out there?

Mom, it has been almost 20 years now, but it is all still very fresh in my mind. I swear it happened just yesterday. I know that your soul is resting in peace, and that is very comforting for me . I miss you, I love you.

"To defy the laws of tradition, is a crusade only of the brave"*. A flight on the bridge of the Enterprise where we could dance around the galaxy and play tag with all the aliens.
Maybe in the next life time we can do the above, but for now how about something that the two of us are very comfortable with. I am easy, and enjoy many things. My first want would be to make sure that you are having a good time and that you are extremely comfortable in whatever activity we are engaged in.
