| | interesting telling the world about one's self , a humbling experience for some of us, it causes one to reflect on who we are in this world ,most identify themselves with their work ,for me it is only a small part of who i am .I have seen and experienced alot in my life touched the edge of what makes this world tick the people who run it,seen the illusions that are promoted for our benefit to keep us pacified and in a place of indentured servitude ,but that is probably not what is required here . I care deeply about life ,i appreciate people who can think for themselves who don't get their opinions from the television are more apt to pick up a book than to turn on .I enjoy a healthy discussion you pick the subject if i don't know i will tell you and will endeavor to learn about it . When i watch media its on my terms if it turns out to be shite i turn it off ,my favorite film this year was Anthony Hopkins in the fastest Indian and no its not because i like motorcycles per se it was because of the person he represented those type of people a becoming few and far between.The books i enjoyed the most this year have been Nathanials Nutmeg,The professor and the Madman,I rediscovered Neville Shute's work and for some fun H.E Bates Darling Buds of May.And on a more deeper scale The New Atlantis by Francis Bacon,The story of the Committee of Threehundred by Dr John Coleman,Cutting Through the Matrix By Alan Watt and my on going reading of the Life of Vikor Schauberger by Callum Coates.I enjoy poetry ,as well as a game of scrabble amongst friends.
I also enjoy cooking the most people i have cooked for was sixty eight and no i am not a chef and i do on most occasions cook for my self as well ..also gardening has a special place for me when i can find the time and i am not afraid to run a sewing machine or rebuilding something ,My favorite painter in the modern world would be Roy Henry Vickers,Carolynne Evans and Tony Onley ,I would have to say that Turner was my all time favorite though what else?.......i |
