I'm a change-your-tire-in-the-snow kinda guy, a rub-your-feet-just-because kinda guy, a leave-a-silly-poem-in-your-purse kinda guy. It's been a long time since I felt sincere enough about a girl to treat her like she's the only one in the world. That's what I'm after.

I'm a funny guy. Know how I know? In seventh grade, I was voted funniest kid (actually, I got 2nd place...1st place was a fat kid who made funny noises, and I just can't compete with that). My humor isn't immature, it's spontaneous, a little sarcastic, and sometimes outrageous. Think Will Ferrell meets David Letterman meets the Simpsons, and that's about what an afternoon with me is like.

I'm easy like Sunday morning...it takes a lot to make me mad. I enjoy the simple things, like watching a good game, a walk in the park with my dogs, and baked potatoes with sour cream. That said, I also have an adventurous streak, so don't be surprised if I suddenly suggest we go bungee jumping. I'm a bad liar so I don't lie, which hurts me when I play poker, but it's a good thing in relationships.

You should see me on the dance floor. I'll surprise you with some exceptional rhythm and grooves. The doctors are still baffled trying to figure out how this tall, skinny white guy can move so well. Wanna see a goofy video? Here I am on You*Tube:

My daughter is 6 years old, and she's the light of my life. Being a dad is the best thing I've ever done. I hope someone I meet appreciates that I'm not just a father, I'm a daddy. Know what I mean?

What about you? I hope that you would have a great sense of humor, be able to take a little teasing and dish it out. You would be sweet. And you'd like to be around people...I'd like a girl I can bring around my family or my friends. You're laid-back (at least most of the time). You are willing to try new things and new places. And, most importantly, you love polka (music and dots). Nah, just kiddin'.

First dates should be casual and fun. And if there's chemistry, does it really matter what we do? Let's meet for a drink or coffee or something, and save all the creative stuff for date number two.
