About Me
Hey there.
I'm an odd girl, simply put. But I love to have fun and love to try new things. I am an adventure whore as my friend and I have dubbed it. I recently tried scuba diving in France for the first time and am in love! Although I stand by the fact that whales and jelly fish are very frightening.
I'm a film studies student in my final year of university (but I like to write about, not make, films - planning to write essays forever.) Good time to mention that I am a big nerd - love to read, love to learn etc etc).
Another thing I'm a huge nerd for is television. I love to indulge in a good series and learn everything about it. (Supernatural anyone? Anyone else read the comic books?)
One of my favourite things to do is settle in with a cup of tea, do a crossword, read a book, or watch television/movies. I am a homebody - I sometimes enjoy going out to dance and catch up but usually I like to hang out during the day and call it an early and pleasant night in.
I am independent too (I just came back from a five week trip through Europe where I spent two weeks alone traveling through Germany (love it) and Southern France alone) but of course, I like to meet new people (otherwise I wouldn't be here would I? :) )
I am a loud, laughing machine but the best part is that my laughter seems to be infectious. Before long, everyone else is in on it. I love bad jokes and puns and am a chronic high fiver.

As for what I look for in other people, I need honesty and sincerity. Nothing is cooler than a person who knows what they want and aren't afraid to go after it. Nothing is more uncool than a pessimist or defeatist. A humourous and intriguing conversationalist is always appreciated too. As well, I love oddities. Oddities are what make us unique and they should be celebrated. Extra points if you're a nerd too and can be spotted cruising the net for extra facts or cult info on your favourite TV shows (we can do it together? I am obsessed with Supernatural and Buffy right now)

There are so many free/cheap concerts and festivals going on right now that I'd suggest going for one of those followed up by a walk with an ice cream of some sort. :)

I'd bet my non-existent left testical that she's a winner. ( and, for the record, that testical is my favorite of the three!!! )
