I am 1/2 French, 1/4 Indian, 1/4 Vietnamese, but though I have a quite light complexion, my soul is black since I grew up in Africa.

I love my work (Marine biologist) since this is what I wanted to do since I was 12 after having watched "Le monde du silence" J. Cousteau (the first silent b& w underwater movie).

My research aims to serve Mother Nature since I mostly conduct restoration research on the Everglades, the St Johns river, urban lakes and the estuaries/coastal systems of Florida. There is much to be done and I am often left with the feeling that my colleagues and I are preaching in the desert. :-(

Our kid is the center of my Universe, but since it is by definition infinite, I feel that there is a gap in my life needed to be filled to keep it well balanced.


My Perfect Match would be a well balanced, down to the Earth woman, who has not been traumatized by her past. A sportive person, who is a good listener, focused, organized in her life and at home, open minded, caring, sweet, outgoing and who resolves problems through communication rather than temporary isolation or being mute for a while.
