I am a single mom of 4 children. 3 of them are all grown up! They are all still turning into the most fascinating people, and I'm so very proud of them. My youngest still at home is 12 and he's great. If I were to meet the 'man of my dreams' he would accept my children as a part of me 'cause that's what they are. They keep me grounded, they keep me young, and they keep me thin because I'm always running after them. After devoting my life to them though, I could do with a little spoiling myself. I like meeting people from all over the world. Most of them are penpals for now, but eventually I would love to meet them in person. It's amazing how small the world has become.

I will always take the opportunity to support our troops (thank you Lou)...my father is a retired Colonel, and I myself now work closely with the men and women in the Armed Forces of Canada. I am proud and in awe of each and every one of our heroes.

I'd like a first date to be somewhere we could talk, maybe over coffee. Eventually working our way up to an evening in an Irish pub, or shooting some pool (over a few beers of course). I'm not opposed to fancy nights out with a little bit of culture...when I dress up you CAN take me out. lol My tastes are very diverse in all aspects. I just like to have fun, whatever I'm doing.
