About Me
I am a true believer in Jesus Christ, and Harley Davidson. I attend Gateway church here in Austin. I like four wheeling, dirt bikes, movies, and music. I write a little, I play a guitar, and I drive for a living (local truck driver). I do not date much. However I do miss having someone to date. And really should get out from in front of the this computer screen more often. One or two things though. NO drugs,No smoking,No smoking dope. And no married/separated,or living with someone. Words carry knowledge but words cannot carry wisdom. Wisdom is perception and spiritual discernment. It is to know God and reality. It is the evolution of consciousness. It is the fullness of life on earth that God intended. Blessed are those who have it!
First Date
"The 1st date" The "steelcowboy" rides into the frame on the ultimate Harley.( Don't laugh, I love my bike) His soul-mate who he was meant to be with from the beginning is there waiting for him. She is what he has always dreamed of. She takes his hand in her's, and looks up at him. As if to say "I am here for you. Why have I waited so long for you to come for me?" She tells him her name, and her name is the only word he can speak to her in return. There are no words now, only feelings. As she looks deep into his eyes, she sees the pain he hides from the rest of the world. Sees the years he has spent searching for her. Now she takes his pain away. And takes his breath away, as they look into each others eyes and see forever there. She had always waited for her knight to come on his white horse and take her from her boring life. He had always searched for his one true love, knowing she was alone in this world. Even with those she loved around her, she would always be alone. As they walk hand in hand back over to the old Harley she sees the white horse now, and sees the knight who was to come for her. His eyes are hidden from the rest of the world for a reason. The age is in his eyes. The eyes are the mirror to the soul. They tell the story of to many battles waged, and to many miles ridden alone to count. As he swings his leg over the seat, and fires it up. She does not hold her ears. That noise is music, And she now hears the same music that he does. Loud and proud the music plays. And the notes are as timeless as road that calls them now. She climbs on behind, and puts her arms around him. She lays her head against his back. The wind blows softly from behind, a cool breeze brings him the scent of her hair and the smell of leather. They roll out onto the street. The peasants stair, and the car alarms sound. And all is right with the world. Where they go from here is another story. JD
