If you're looking for someone who loves to laugh and have fun, you've come to the right place. I own a computer software consulting company specializing in flight simulation (like the military and airlines use) and I'm also a part-time college professor teaching advanced computer programming. If all that didn't keep me busy enough, I've recently become a paramedic and work part-time in a local emergency department.

While that can all be fulfilling, when I'm not at work, I really love to get out, have fun, and play like a child. I'd love to meet someone active who wants to do the same. Some of my favorite activities are fine dining and the symphony, day trips to explore and photograph new places, wine tasting, comedy clubs, motorcycling, coffee and conversation, or a movie. A weekend getaway to the Keys or West Coast is great too. I'm all about learning and experiencing new things so I'd be receptive to your favorite activities. I'm spontaneous but also like to make plans. I'm educated, professional, adventurous, and active. I enjoy the gift of having both left and right brained traits and like both technical to artistic activities. While I can be serious when appropriate, my usual demeanor is playful and cheery. I'm passionate about most things I do and believe that "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing correctly"; hopefully you feel the same way. I love learning and teaching so I'd like to meet someone who shares my desire to expand horizons. Since we didn't get here without help, it's important to me to put something back into the system so I'm almost always involved in some kind of volunteer or near-volunteer work. I believe it's important to take care of yourself so I watch what I eat and keep my weight in proportion to my height. I'd like to meet a lady who is cute, playful, in shape, adventurous, has experiences and knowledge she wants to share, and is eager to learn and try new things. Her sense of humor gene is fully expressed.

Update 1/2008 - Happy New Year to all of you. I've recently been receiving many emails from wonderful ladies in their late 50's and early 60's. I am truly flattered but not interested. My age is accurately represented in my profile and I seek a nonsmoking lady who is close in age. "What is close?" you ask. I'm not sure where the line is but 60, for example, isn't in range so use your judgment and please don't write if you don't fit. I really don't enjoy rejecting anyone so I'd prefer you save us both the trouble.
