Hello, and thankyou for checking out my profile. I consider myself to be just a simple,romantic gentleman who would like to find a woman to spend time with. My favorite saying is" Do you ever wonder why it takes 35 million laws to enforce 10 commandments?" I feel that people are so wrapped up in their STUFF that they don't have time for other people except to show off their STUFF. I am not against having things but if looks and money were all that it took to keep a relationship together then why is it that everywhere we look rich good looking people are cheating or divorcing each other. I feel that chemistry is made not necessairly just found. There is a difference between lust and chemistry. I try and live by my word and help others whenever possible. I believe in honesty,communication,respect,and committment. I also feel that a positive attitude is a must in life as you must learn to turn around situations which seem negative and learn to make the best of which you are dealt. In January of 2008 I had my left leg amputated below the knee. I received a prosthetic and returned to work in May. In September I developed what is know as Charcot foot whereas the bones in the base of the good foot become soft and your foot literally turns out sideways.I had a special pair of shoes made and get around pretty good. I am living on social security and will be looking for another job soon. I am independent,take care of myself,walk without help,and drive my own car. I am just a little slower than in the past. I enjoy most types of music and try my best to live within my means.

On a first date let's start out simple like a drink and an appetizer followed by a nice relaxed dinner.Maybe you would like to take a walk in the early morning or evening. Ice cream in the middle of the afternoon always tasted good to me.I really like to watch the sun set at the beach while eating a picnic style lunch or picking up something on the waterfront. A walk on ferry ride round trip is a great place to communicate with each other out on deck, There are just to many possibilities.
