(A paragraph is probably not the best way to get to know someone but I guess its not a bad place to start.)

I'm big into sports. I watch/follow various sports all year long and I played various sports my whole life. In the past I have even coached a kids baseball team, although I wasn't able to do it last year :( . I don't play in any rec leagues now, but I do enjoy working out. I'm also big into playing cards. My dad has taught me a lot of different games over the years and I'm always up for a game. (I am not good at shuffling the deck for some reason, never have been, so you can NOT make fun of me ;)

I'm also an aviation nut, but I won't put you to sleep with that now hehe.

I enjoy all different kinds of movies. I was into classic movies a few years back but I have kind of gotten away from that. (I'll even watch chick flicks if they have some content). I like to read too but I have not had as much time for that recently.

Going a little deeper, I consider myself easy-going with a really good sense of humor. I am trustworthy, honest, helpful and loyal. I also take pride in being a hard worker.

One last point: yes I have a college degree and yes I have a job (fortunately, I know it has been very hard on people here in Michigan lately.....)

Preferably something casual and fun. First dates can sometimes be a little awkward, so a nice comfortable environment is ideal. I think everyone has done the dinner and movie routine, so something a little different might be better. Maybe like the zoo or something else unique. A lot of things would work as long as we'd be able to talk.
