hey, I'm a 33 year old recently single father looking for someone to spend a little time with. I like almost any outdoor activity. Not a big fan of professional sports (football, basketball ect.) do like college and h/s sports though. (you get a more honest effort from the team that way) I only do the bar thing about once a month (or less) I preferr quiet out of the way places where people can get together and talk but do also go to a dance club where I was a bouncer if the occasion fits. well, it may sound a little off the wall for a first date but here goe's. I think a candle lit dinner on a beach (if summertime) with some very soothing orchestra music playing in the background. I would have our meal specially prepaired by a three star chef. (I have a very personal friend that is a chef and he owes me a few favors)there would be an arrangement of flowers in the middle of a blanket where we would sit to eat.A bottle of wine and were set for the first part of the evening. After the meal, maybe a walk along the riverfront and finally a relaxing little pub where we can sit and get to know each other for the rest of the evening. It may sound a little boaring to some, but I like to really get to know the person on the firs date. It avoids awkward second dates if your not really sure about the other person.
