I'm currently a culinary arts student at vcc. I'm hoping to be able to open a small dessert cafe in the next few years and eventually open my own restaurants. I like to bake and make cakes, creme brûlée, chocolate mousse, and chocolate & banana bread pudding during my free time.

My favourite hockey team is of course the Canucks. I'm a pretty big fan as I try to go to a handful of games each season. Favourite players include kesler, luongo, burrows. Some non Canucks include iginla, Crosby, ovechkin, lecavalier and brodeur.

I like to listen to different types of music like r&b, rap, slow jamz, soundtracks, Chinese. A little bit of rock as well.

Go for a walk/coffee. Possibly grab lunch/dinner depending on the time of the day. Perhaps even a movie or dessert?
