The Person - Me

I LOVE to laugh and always, stay positive and very happy person. People have noted that they've never see me without a smile on my face. I am very shy!

I've had an pretty easy life thus far. I have no regrets of things I've done in the past. I am a very happy and content person and I feel blessed with having the best family and so many wonderful friends...both in person and online. I can say that I am conscience clear of ever hurting another person "intentionally". I am very sensitive and feel very deeply the feelings of others. I don't blame others for the wrongs that I do. I admit it, apologize and I never repeat them. We are all human and WE ALL make mistakes. I forgive unconditionally!

I am shy and naive but do not mistake that for unintelligent. I enjoy quiet candlelit dinners, weekend getaways, sitting in front of a fireplace, watching the flames mesmerize me into total relaxation.

I love children and all animals especially dogs. My little dog who past away at 16, was a Border Collie and my baby. I adopted her when she was 5 weeks old from the pound. Someone left her in the snow to die because she was born without a tail, was the runt of the litter and wasn't suitable for sale. She gave my ex husband and me so many wonderful memories. She was the smartest and the most lovable dog and I don't have the heart to adopt another. I will miss her to my dying day.

I love hand holding, wine and long conversations about "ANYTHING". I am NOT into casual sex but looking to find a lasting friendship and if the relationship goes further, then that means that we have progressed into a deeper, more meaningful and fulfilling partnership. "I love to Flirt"

I enjoy dancing and my first passion is "Music and Singing". My motto is "Music without memories is just noise!" All of my family are musically inclined. We either sing, play an instrument or both. I love all music except "rap". When not working, my CD'S or music on my computer are constantly playing. I feel like I am taken away as those notes dance all around me.

I was born in Pennsylvania and for the first six years of my life, lived in Washington DC. My grandparents and some family members derived from Milan, Florence and Tuscany. I speak two languages, English and Italian, (the Mother Language).

We moved to Canada when I was seven and have remained here ever since. Although I was born in the U.S., I will never move out of Canada...I love it here..I love our Canadian sense of humor...(yes it is different from the U.S.'s) and my roots are permanently planted in this Country and I will never move back.

I love the theatre, restaurants and travelling. I Love surprises and being surprised! I'm not much of a drinker and prefer to order Virgin Drinks but enjoy the occasional glass or two of wine. The party girl in me has never needed a stimulant to have fun. My fun and sense of humor comes "au naturelle"...Don't get me wrong...we all have our vices and virtues.

I have NEVER smoked in my life and everything about smoking turns me off...that goes for anything illegal as well...

I want to find a partner to "share" my life with. I don't carry baggage from past relationships and don't have any enemies...(not that I am aware of anyway, LOL).

I LOVE LIFE and all it has to offer. I always see the glass as half-full. I have been very lucky, having a wonderful family and very good friends in my lifetime and will always continue that pattern of living.
