I very much enjoy travelling, a quick trip to Leelanau/Mackinaw or a full blown Hawaiian adenture: its all good.

I enjoy reading (English major at Univ Michigan completed all core courses for English/History however did not graduate: Mother very disappointed). Recently accepted back to UM but too expensive even though I only have like 28 credits left.I might plug a way at it if I find some extra money laying around.

When I was young I read Tolkein, Larry Niven, Piers Anthony as I got older changed over to Stephen King because a cute girl was reading Tommyknockers and then went on to read all of Stephen Kings' books, I think. Love Elmore Leonard. After seeing the movie No Country for Old Men, I ran out to Borders and bought the book by Cormac McCarthy and liked it enough to go back and get The Road (I guess they will give the Pulitzer to anyone nowadays) anyway, it wasnt that great but I still plan on picking up Blood Meridian soon. Just got done reading Choke by Chuck Palahniuk and it was really funny --I liked the humor in it... Snuff is next on my list for him. I enjoy going to readings and book signings, lucky enough to have Borders No1 right here in Ann Arbor, so the next one I want to go see is Dennis Lehane (note Dennis was good!)
I'm trying to crank out 5,000 words a week, sounds easy but it is hard to be that consistent...
Getting some pressure to start up the old dart team, used to play darts a lot back in the old days (If it aint steel it aint real!) in the Ypsi/Ann Arbor area -- I like the fact that some of the clubs are now smoke free, that's a big plus...

First dates are always an interesting mix of nerves and joy! A standard of a nice dinner is probably a good start, I think that a movie would not be, hard to communicate during a movie and communication is a great way to get to know someone, yes?!
