Welcome to my profile... or is this just an ad?? Does anyone else feel as silly as I do writing these things?

Anyway, here goes...

I'm a happy gal and social, but more the background organizer than the life of the party type. I prefer the backyard BBQ to the nightclub and I'm usually home and in bed by midnight. I'm self-employed and I volunteer several hours a week to various things. Yikes, I sound boring, but I don't really think I am. I'm also very active in softball, skiing, camping, etc and would love to find someone with similar interests to play with.

I live with my 17 yr old daughter, a dog, a cat and a fish named Sushi. LOL.. Oh yes, and my daughters friends live here too I think.

I'm actually quite comfortable with my single status and to be honest, I don't have a great deal of free time. But I do enjoy a man's company and although my daughter's friends seem to think I'm cool enough, I don't think they want to snuggle on the couch with me. lol.. I'm not looking to jump into anything full time as yet .. for now, a steady part time thing would be my ideal.

I'm no Barbie, I'm carrying some extra weight and constantly working on that.. 5'5", hazel eyed brunette, a little on the busty side, with reasonable legs and size 7 feet.. The rest you'll have to ask me about.

And you'll have to contact me .. I guess I'm old school.. I've never yet contacted anyone for match/date purposes and my IM is turned off, but I will aways reply to any social email.

I've really enjoyed some of the POF events that I've attended.. what a great way to get out and mingle!! My favourite PoF events are Friday pool nights at Clancy's and Spud's monthly Fresco Brunch's. I don't get to them as often as I'd like, but I do enjoy them. I've met some very fun people through this site in the past year, both male and female, made some new friends. I hope to make more.. see you there?.

I've come to the conclusion that 25 must be my lucky number since that seems to be the average age of the gentlemen who send me emails.. lol... But I'm NOT a cougar.. I'll just take your word that you'd be the "best I've ever had", but if I could have given birth to you, I'm still going to say No. Also, please note, I'm not listed in the "intimate" category.. if I only wanted to get laid, trust me, I can just make a phone call.
