Well, for those of you who have looked at my profile in the past, I thank you. My situation has changed and I need to reflect that here. I am now living with my 86 year old mother as a caregiver. My daughter still lives with me as before so there are three of us. Having a good friend to go out with sometimes would be nice. I don't go to bars anymore and I don't go to church anymore. Trust is something I don't give out very easily. I have very few friends, but the ones I have are the best. I don't have much money, just a small pension from the mines. Being a caregiver is like having a fulltime unpaid job.
So anyway, if you've been here before you'll see the changes. If this is your first visit....welcome and thanks.
Wow, that sounded so negative. On the plus side , being around me is a roller coaster ride to insanity! I speak gibberish and nonsense and if you're around me long enough you'll understand what I'm saying. I'm very quick witted and can say something to you that you won't understand for a few minutes or even hours. And then , bam, it hits you like a ton of bricks! I'm intelligent and very knowledgeable on a variety of subjects. Astronomy, physics, geology, computer science, and common sense, I can hold my own in a good conversation.
I'm pragmatic, systematic, and romantic. I have empathy and lunacy. I am a great listener, but better yet, I am able to talk about my thoughts and feelings to you.

I have been out of the loop (so to speak) for a long time, so if you're looking for something quick, it ain't me, babe. I'm gonna take it long and slow and age a relationship so it becomes a banner vintage.
