If you are looking for a gentleman that will always open your door I may be for you. I am a little old fashioned but still up with todays lifestyle. I am not a demanding person but have a tough time relating to people that are not living life to their full potential. I am a confidant man with very few inhibitions in life. I strive for things and usually obtain them with the right amount of effort. I Love summer activities, boating,swimming, hiking (both in nature and on a busy city street) etc. I love the outdoors spending time at my cabin with my best friend "my dog" Sunsets and sunrises. I enjoy the gym but am not fanatical about it. Fine dining with a special someone is very appealing to me. Scenic drives and spontaneous weekend trips keep life exciting enough for me. I am not into the bar scene(been there). I am a good cook and love to pamper a special lady with a fine home cooked dinner. I am serious in my search, I am looking for a very special lady whom will be my friend, lover and soulmate. I am looking for you, the one who loves to give and receive as much as I do... I am so excited to meet you and see if this is what we both have been dreaming of:-)

I was uploading some pics for my profile and adjusting my smoking to now a non smoker (yaaaa me) but I noticed the part about children, Those damn drop down messages got me> FYI I love children sadly I have never been lucky enough to be to a father... I did however raise a young boy to the ripe old age of nine haha... Anyway if any of you that have read my profile and saw I had "Does Not Want Children" Please understand that is not the case. Each situation is different, I am searching for a lovely lady. If her situation is that of children and we are compatible that is fine, if she has no children and we are a match that also is great... It is not a hurdle is what I am trying to say:-)

I have to add to this about the post secondary education. I have many diplomas in business and marketing, I have a diploma in medical essentials and base line pharmacology, I am also a fully qualified heavy equipment operator and I have my class 1 with industrial air drivers license. So the little drop down box does very little justice by listing colleges and universities that many have never even heard of. Shall I say also of my English lit, and public speaking, its such a list but I had a person (unamed) exclude me due to no post secondary education. Add up the years and I have done more than most with their masters just in varied fields. I believe learning is a passion and not a status symbol. Congrats to all who have done the work in a reputable university, you deserve to be proud. I just hope people will realize it is not always ones choice to stay in one field of employment throughout ones entire working career. Learning is a daily honour and everyone learns something everyday; Cheers

This is a tough one for us all I gather, but here goes. How about we fly to Vegas and break the ice at the "Black Jack Table" haha just kidding, seriously I have many things I would like to do on a first date. The reality is I would rather discuss such an important issue with my date to see what her idea of a first date would be. After that I am sure I could put together an evening that would be very suitable for a wonderful first date. How's that for avoiding a difficult question haha.
