I decided to re-write my profile, if something isn’t working, change it.

My passions include, the outdoors, animals, nature and consider myself an environmentalist, but not “too” over the top. Any man that would come into my life would need to appreciate those as well.

I am very much a one-man woman, and miss having someone in my life to spoil, and share life’s experiences with. I am quite capable of managing on my own, but don’t want to spend the rest of my life that way. But, I do know what I want in a man, and will endeavor to find him. He must be upbeat, easy-going, with a good sense of humor (not thin skinned), partial in-sanity is welcome :-)

And me, I'm a minimalist and a simplistic person. Easy-going, flexible, with a quick sense of humor. It brings me great pleasure to bring a smile to someone’s face.

No matter what the season, I enjoy getting out and taking it all in. I camp spring, summer and fall, which includes canoeing. Last year I went winter camping for the first time, and enjoyed it more than I thought I would. In order to keep canoe/camping, I have to keep myself in good shape, so I do.

I’m an IT professional, and love what I do, and am studying towards more certifications. Education and learning have always been a big part of what makes me tick.

I’m not sure where life will take me; but that’s part of the thrill. I would like to eventually, move closer to canoe-country, but still be within reasonable distance to continue with my career.

Musical tastes: classic rock, heavy metal and the blues. Not into country music at all.
