Relaxation response meditations(or a power nap[I often dream I'm flying]). Steamed veggies; seafood. Physical endeavors where I can beat my previous record. Levi's. Don't think me strange but I like UFO stuff. Learning about cutting edge science, in all aubjects. Fascinating physical world facts. Scrabble. Astronomy. National Geographic. World's records.
