update: thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I have decided to only respond to messages that are more than 'hey, whats going on'. Everyone finds it hard to break the ice, but thats the most endearing part - don't you think, checking out how people choose to do that? The most creative messages will get the most attention from me - and in return a better response.I don't need a huge message, but extra points for anyone who can mix it up a bit. Hopefully this doesn't offend anyone :)

I have browsed around this website with VERY big apprehensions. I have had very kind messages from lovely people, but have also found some real creeps. If you are looking for me to send you pictures of my boobs.... It's not going to happen. If you are married, you are not for me. If you don't have a brain but a tight body...I will look but that's about it.

It's tricky this whole profile business. What do you tell strangers about yourself? I like purple jellybeans, the beach and a good book on a rainy day. I love going for drives with the a/c off and the windows down. I can't live without american idol or diet pepsi.I love dancing and you might just find me having a one minute dance party in my kitchen while cooking dinner. I love hiphop and if i am being honest....a bit of a rapster :) Having said that I have a huge appreciation of all music, and love checking out Island/Maritime talent! I read CNN online everyday and not just the entertainment section. I work out 4 - 5 days a week but its a work in progress. I can not run, but will die trying to. I watch a lot of movies but can't ever remember the name of it. I don't make many promises I can't keep and am telling you right now...I am super fun. LOL

I am not a good online dater. Things for me get lost in translation all the time. I have come to realize I rely on a person's presence/body language/facial expressions too much to try to get to know someone over the internet. That being said its a good starting point - but I hope just a means to an actual meeting. It's hard to know what you are looking for until you find it.
