I came here for the forums and for writing. I am not interested in a relationship. I have a life filled with love now. I have my daughters, my family, and my friends...I have two grandkids also. Through the forums, I have been blessed to have made a lot of friends here at POF, and I cherish each and every one of them. My life is not about me, it is about spreading a bit of joy, a bit of love, a bit of caring, a laugh, a smile, a tear, an ear. It is about sharing a moment, reaching out and touching someone who needs it. That is the way I have always lived my life, and I live it that way here in Nova Scotia also. If you want more than friendship, please move on, there are lots of men out there looking for more. I'm not one of them.

I was away for four years and a friendship not forgotten and renewed. Wish I could say I am glad to be back in the pond, but with friends like Dale, it somehow is good to be back. |

 | What a wonderful man. No need to repeat what's already been stated here. We've been here in the same pond for almost 4 years. Hard to believe, [i]four years[/i] have passed with a blink. He's got a sense about him that exceeds telepathy. Always knowing when something isn't quite right and you can expect an email checking in to make certain you are OK.  | Wow ... you just gotta love this guy. We have played on the IM and in the emails, but have never met. Now that I have free long distance all over the US and Canada, I really need to talk him into exchanging phone numbers. (WHEW ... I can't imagine what his voice must sound like, but I'll betcha anything it's nice.) And what he writes is true ... he might be under your bed, or in your closet and he's a lot of fun to arouse ... sorry though, I'm not free to expose the details of that. All I can say is ... if he lived anywhere near me, I'd be all over him like flies on a bucket of KFC ... WOW!!! (Well ... that is if he would be interested in an "older lady" ... sigh.) This guy loves his family ... they give his life meaning, and that ranks right up there with me ... that would be a man for me.  | last year when i was playing on tha forums i literally stumbled over this fellas heart...we had a lil clique goin on a certain thread an lookin back, i truly think it was this man's caring, gently teasing, quietly listening, gentle teasing posts that held us all together...there aren't many people who can reveal thier personality in such positive ways thru thier post alone...but this man can. I have stalked him thru tha forums, :) and watched his interactions with other pfishes, been amazed and inspired with his poetry...and never once doubted i was seein tha true man he portrays. Ladies an gentleman...this is a giant among meni may not know how tall he stands in tha real world, but i know how big of a place he holds in my heart and this pond would seem shallow indeed without our beloved mandrake..hugs an kisses, my friend. |
