Well, hmmmm, what to say... I am a Leonardo Da Vinci kind of guy- only not as accomplished, not as dead or decayed, and not as likely to go down in history. OK, so I'm not much like him at all except maybe in spirit.
But I have done a lot of things like: got a Zoology degree, been a US Army Signal officer, been a world traveler, got married, had kids, got divorced, had a few triumphs and a lot of tragedies, and have been comfortably well off as well as been destitute. I've had fast cars and practical cars, fast women and practical women, and would very much like to try fast cash and practical cash. ;)
I am quite sarcastic but (hopefully) in an endearing kind of way, most of the time if ya take it with a grain of salt (a really big grain, actually more of a boulder) then you will see that my sarcasm is really meant as humor rather then say, a particularly vicious assault. I love movies. I have an opinion about most anything (doesn't everyone) and if you ask I'll probably try to ram it down your throat so be careful what you ask for because I try not to pull very many punches - helps to keep me more honest that way. Anyway, I saw a few profiles and forum topics and I thought it would be interesting to put my two cents worth here at POF. Hope ya got change.

I'm completely open to what I would do on a first date. Whatever we decide is good by me - I'm more interested in knowing you then grand-standing or entertainment. I like to go with the flow, but if I were making all the decisions, I would pick something low pressure like lunch or dinner. Again, where we could have an opportunity to get to know each other without a lot of other things getting in the way. Later dates could involve movies, taking over third world countries, rollercoasters or something more distracting. There is plenty of time, no need to bungee jump on the first date.
