About Me
Writing stuff about myself is almost like updating a resume. Trying to condense your experience (or life experience) in a few pages (or paragraphs) can never fully explain who you are. Just like the resume, you can glorify yourself in many ways but until you get to know someone... they are just words. Typed words can only describe what I may think you want to hear about me, or my best effort to impress you, it does not really tell you who I am.
To truly find out “who I am” or “who are you” takes time and cannot be determined by a few e-mails. It takes a bit more… don’t you think?
First Date
Let’s see, the first date? Hummm... I guess that really depends upon what we both like to do. It may be just getting together for a cup of coffee to meet for the first time and talk, or maybe dinner at a place of our choice.
For me, the first date may also depend upon the season. Spring – A picnic on a beautiful sunny warm day at a nice peaceful park. Summer – A nice restaurant by the sea shore (Narragansett Rocks!). Fall – A hike up a mountain side to view the beautiful fall foliage. (I prefer Talcott Mountain in Avon, CT. for this one, I will let you know why later). Winter – A romantic dinner by the fireplace at a small cozy restaurant.
