WELL, ...here we are! rounding second base, full of life's experiences, dreams, hopes and passions, ...yet still searching for that ever elusive fulfillment, ...genuine happiness in relationship, life and love.

if you're like me, all you want is someone to love, ...someone to completely and unconditionally love. to be touched in that wonderful secret place within our being, where it is absolutely safe to expose the intimacies of our soul, ...the depths of our heart. a relationship where it is safe to reveal our true real being, ...while receiving compassion, understanding, and acceptance, ...cemented with romance, assurance, and security!

is it really too much to ask? ...to be the only one in their heart. the truly special someone in another's life. the one they eagerly rush home to. to be craved with unending passion and sincere desire. to be their sole focus, ...their soul's passion, ...their soul mate.

...it is real, it does exist!!! we all hope, dream, crave and yearn for it.

yet, here we sit, going through all these profiles. see the same stuff, hear the same song. ...we get our hopes up, ...begin to connect, plan, strategize, spend hours chatting, arrange the audition, ...finally get the courage to meet, ...and then realize that their view of themselves, is, ...well 'somewhat enhanced'.

...it's not finding the right one that matters...it's being the right one!

...yes, of course chemistry is important, ...he ought to make you smile, swoon and shivver! ...he has to be a great kisser, deeply affectionate, a passionate lover. as a bonus, ...an accomplished message therapist, so he can worship your body as the shrine of perfection of your inner beauty!

...then there is the lengthy checklist, ...is he stable? ...is his heart still with his ex? or worse, ...his mommy! also, make sure his job does not include a fat fryer, ...then there's the all important credit check...(by the way i have no debt.)...oddly enough it feels great to be worthless!

... for the record, ... i am a tender hearted strong man, soft skinned, overly affectionate, crave to give, and have more love to share than any couple could ever spend in a lifetime together!

i am the one that your mother wanted you to go to the prom with. charming, old fashioned, ... caring, gentle. ...far far from perfect, but always learning and trying. ... friends say i have intelligence blended with understanding, strength with compassion, ... yet, i am simple, casual and down to earth, non materialistic and very spiritual.

i can not leap tall buildings with a single bound, nor will i ride off on a white horse into the sunset. but ...i will open doors for you, and buy you flowers. ...carry you to our bedroom, and bring you breakfast. i will hear all your fears, and wipe away all your tears. i will pray for you, and pray with you. and once again, ...i have more love to share than any couple could ever spend in a lifetime together!!!

You too, enjoy life and are real and normal. you don't have to be able to do the Grouse Grind blindfolded. you're not into hugging trees, or scuba diving every day, ... it's not important to have sailed solo around the world, or have the number for Green Peace in your speed dial, and eating meat or sushi is not like believing in the anti-Christ.

your true beauty is found deep within, you have a kind heart, love to be pampered and spoiled. (it's okay to be addicted to love.) .... you enjoy travel, and on occasion you would enjoy the finer things of life, ....maybe the odd symphony, ballet, gourmet dining, and are spiritually aware...
