Sitting by a fire, means I'm either on my beach or heating my house...so the 'roaring fire thing' is sort of amusing to me.

Not into accumulating 'stuff' Had the big house, and glad to be rid of all that and its trappings.....

I raised two boys alone, since they were quite young, and am quite proud of their honesty, kindness, and accomplishments.



Love the blues, Jazz, Classical, (especially Chamber) CBC, odd films, and doc's
I've done the 50's 60's music way back when.....they are mostly just boring now....well except the music for my 60th will be pretty inclusive.
Brought up around Detroit, I'm a big Motown, Memphis and Chicago music fan.....love those horn sections. Worked in an underground radio station as a young woman.
I love, love to converse and learn from others.

If I find anything on this thing, it may be just more friends.....Sometimes it takes a lifetime to get to know someone....

Love California wine country, and am interested in touring Chile,and Argentina for same reasons....
Not the sort of woman that wants to get a whole lot of 'free' wine and get loaded.....definitely not my style...I've taught bartending, wine appreciation, and Smart Serve for years, a number of years ago.....

Also enjoy travel for viewing architecture....FLW in Chicago,NYC, or Gehry in Spain, or Boston...., or adobes, bridges, haybale, I've slept in a Yurt alone last year, in a totally Muslim country, Cloth for a door and window......can still see the sky at the Red Sea, when I had to get up in the night, trying to find the 'can'....and wow....the starry, starry night

How about a cuppa somewhere...
I like strong tea, coffee...just like my Men.....p.s. I put down Drink often...that might mean a glass of wine (1) with a meal 3x
But please don't interpret this incorrectly, it's part of my culture.....
