About Me
Who am I? I am an active guy whose passions include fine foods, good wine, captivating conversation, world travel, sport fishing and gardening to name a few. I enjoy a successful career as a chef de cuisine practicing the culinary arts. My career and my business have taken me all over the world and I have a yearning for more and someone to share it with. My family roots and values are very strong and this I am committed too. I stay in shape, live a healthy life style, have a great set of friends, and I come with references! When it's time to play, you'll find me on the river, fishing rod in hand. Breathing in the cold snap of the air and sipping freshly brewed coffee (with a hint of Amaretto) as I watch the daylight break in anticipation for the first cast of the day. If you see yourself standing beside me I welcome you. Although fishing brings me great pleasure it doesn't have to be your pleasure. I believe life is about compromise, ah... fishing/shopping, shopping/ fishing. I am a very flexible individual, I am a man of depth, intellect, and core values. The most important core values to me are honesty and trust, integrity and compassion. I have been brought up on these values and I stand behind them, that is me and what I have to bring to a relationship. Whom I am looking for? I am looking for a woman of integrity and strong values. Honest, compassionate and fun. An equal and a partner to share my life with. A great conversationalist, a woman of depth, a lover of food and wine, and a romantic at heart. Well balanced in all aspects of her life. A woman whom enjoys been active in the outdoors as well as been active intellectually and emotionally with their mate. The search is long, hard and arduous for us all, but yet very simple. If you can discern the difference between what you want and what you have to give, as I have, then things will be so ever simple. As we age, the simple things in life are those that we count on the most.
First Date
The possibilities are endless ~ but for a good start I would probably suggest a casual introduction. Meeting for a coffee or a glass of wine. Hopefully a stimulating conversation will enable us to get to know each other initially and see if there is a connection for a "REAL" follow up date.
