Walk's in the woods or Trails with my dogs is one of my favorite things.

I quit smoking 3 years ago. I look and feel the best ever in years. I go to the gym three or more times a week . I love to walk with my MP3, Speed walking clear's my head and makes me feel ready for another day. I eat healthy .Try to be the best I can be in Body , mind and soul .

I love to cook.But can be so much more fun with a sexy,tall, handsome guy helping. There is nothing like sharing a dinner with some wine , lights down low.Oh yes dont forget the candles.:) Music playing. SOUNDS YUMMY !!
