When did this get so hard? How hard is it to find that one person....

Why is it so hard to find the one person you cant imagine life without them. To find that one person that no matter what, they will be there. That last kiss or thought at the end of the day and the 1st one in the morning. I know what type of relationship I can offer to a good man..but most are a bit scared of reality and what is actually possible in life. Some say Im a hopeless romantic, nope Im realistic also..Romance isnt everything but it sure does help. Women are natural "heart on sleeve" people and that is ok, I know men are different, and thats cool but try to open your mind and heart to the lil things we say..they could lead to great things.

About ME:
I am a single mom to two and have been single for awhile now. I am hard working, loving and well educated. I work in a hospital and enjoy my job. I have lived in Michigan for 90% of my life and moved up to the mid-Michigan area almost 8yrs ago, but am not afriad to relocate/move when the time is right in my life. Life is a small maze, just have to see which way it bends and turns along the way.

I’m not perfect, but I do have a great personality and a wonderful sense of humor (some say its sarcasm I say different). I’m quick witted, can usually come back at someone quicker than they think. I like to laugh and have a good time. People at work would consider me the "amazing storyteller"..

I have one child, am not against having more in the future with the right person...I love being a mom, its all I ever imagined it to be..in some ways.

What do I want? or What am I looking for? Isn’t that the magic question lately...

Well; I want happiness, I want someone who asks about my day and really cares; someone who wants to know my deepest fears and shares theirs. Who doesn’t mind pancakes for dinner or a cold pizza reheated. Someone who makes my heart flutter when I think about him, where a simple stare from across the room makes my knee's weak. This is what I want. I want to know that this person can hang with my wild and crazy family and they are crazy! Is this too much to ask for? I am looking for a honest hardworking man that enjoys the little things in life and also enjoys the rewards of working to achieve your goals. I want a relationship based on a great friendship foundation and then the relationship grows from there. Is that so impossible to find..Im beginning to think so. And please if you put LTR for what your looking for, be ready for it..dont just play around.


Someone to show me that being single isn’t all that great and make me "rethink" it....Can you do that? and really when it says Im not looking for an "Activity partner" I am NOT! no amount of talking will change my mind on this. seriously!! lol

Coffee, walk in the park on a nice day, dinner maybe..play the day/night along..see where it leads us. Want to impress me....bring me a simple flower, and be exactly who you portray online...and remember, shy is good but lets have FUN!!!!

I have to add that the first date is more like a meeting, so I like to meet at the resturant or coffee shop and then if things progress from there then a 2nd date is a real date.. and if your a lil distance from me, I dont mind meeting half way..why not, never know what you might find half way in your life...
