Back in January 2002 I hit a tree while driving in the snow with my pickup, and as a result of that I am a T12, L1 incomplete paraplegic, in medical terminology. In simple terms it means that things don't work so well below my waist. I was told there was no hope of me getting anything back ever, and I would be confined to a wheelchair the rest of my life because there was only 3mm left of my spinal cord. Since my injury I have been fighting back. And at this point I am walking, (or at least doing something that resembles walking...lol), with a brace on my left leg. I still need the wheelchair though. I have not lost my self-respect, my ability to give to others, to care for others, to Love, to laugh, and you will rarely see me without a smile. I believe that the only boundaries we have are the ones we make. I'm looking for a woman to share my hopes, dreams, and life with.
I believe in Love. What is Love to me:
Love is like the ocean, not just a wave hitting the shore, or the tide with an ebb and flow, it is everlasting and never ending. It gives us the power to do the undoable, the strength to resist temptations, and the ability to go on when we feel we are unable to continue. Love comes from your heart, Love is all about caring, and giving. Love is what makes life worth living. Love will put a smile on your face even when there is an ache in your heart. Love should be honored, cherished, and respected. Love is commitment. Without a loving heart on the inside, then the outer beauty is only an ornament, and is meaningless, for it is our heart that makes us who we are.

My Ideal Person:
I want just one special girl to spend the rest of my life with. She's someone who is outgoing, with a good personality, expressive, articulate, enjoys meaningful communication....loves deeply and needs the same in return...believes that monogamy & monotony are not synonyms...classy, yet down to earth; independent, yet desires interdependency and still believes and trusts in the constitution of marriage and partnership; is compassionate, bright, courageous, passionate.....fun loving....yet disciplined and hard working, with a healthy self esteem. I respect a woman who respects herself. I appreciate a woman who appreciates herself by taking pride in her health and fitness. I would describe her as slender/trim and attractive.
