Hi Yall! I just moved back to the area after spending 15 yrs in north carolina.

update: wow! been here a almost 2 months with no one even sending me a email. guess northern women are different from the southern.lol

Well I have been told there is that special someone for everybody. I have yet to meet her. I am a very simple but complicated person. I am looking for someone to share the rest of my life with. Someone to love and to take care of and I only ask the same in return. I believe in the Old Code, yes mam and no sir and only treat others as you would want others to treat you. I am the last of the "NICE" guys! I know how to treat a women! I am honest,faithful and caring, which usually scares all the women back to their ex's who used and abused them. Why I have no idea! Maybe somebody can tell me why someday? If you have kids thats not a problem as i dont have any of my own. Thats the simple part of my life.

Now comes the complicated part. I have FSH Muscular Dystrophy. Dont worry its not contagious. Basically its the weakening of my muscles over time. YES, all my important parts still work. lol. My goal is to keep going as long as I can. I can still walk around the house, but prefer to use wheelchair for long trips. I am not physically strong but mentally tough. I currently do not drive but own my own vehicle. I have learned to adapt to get things done, however there are things I need help with that others take for granted. This can be discussed at a later time.

I recently left my job of 19 yrs with Radio Shack,15 of which were as a manager. The hours and work eventually got to physically demanding and forced me to go on disability. I now stay at home. I had a log home on 10 acres of land and enjoyed it very much, however there was something missing, that "special someone" to share it with.
I am looking for someone to make feel good inside again. someone who can make me enjoy life again, whether it be staying at home or getting out of the house once in awhile.

I tell you this now because I want to make sure you know what your getting yourself into before it goes to far. I try to be as honest as I can. If your still interested GREAT! lets get to know each other, you must be a very special person. I know there is someone special out there somewhere for me! I can be bull headed and stubborn, but please don't give up on me. I have built walls around me that will take someone special to knock down. I am shy so you will have to make the first move.

I have been asked what type of women I am attracted to. I have thought about it and all i can say is i am not to picky. It doesn't matter what hair color, i do think long hair is sexy, but not required. maybe someone a little shorter than me. as far as body type not all skin and bones and not really big either. a few extra lbs will be ok. i have always been a breast man lol any size will do.lol i would like someone who enjoys my sense of humor and who is caring and understanding. Someone who is strong mentally, as my disability may cause extra stress. also someone who likes to cook because i am tired of microwave dinners and sandwiches. i would love some good old southern cooking.

i have met a few different women from here, they all have been nice and friendly but there has been no sparks or fireworks. hopefully i will find that needle in the haystack very soon.

My life is simple and plain I don't ask for much but love to give LOTS in return, especially my LOVE!

On the first date I would just like to get to know the other person. To talk to see what each others likes and dislikes may be.
