i have a demanding schedule running my own business and i have not had much of a social life lately (busy busy)so here i am looking for some love! well we could start off with a coffee and then if there is some chemistry i could cook you a really nice dinner. i luv to cook on my down time. i have a very adventurous palate and i hope you do also. i have a mixed ethnic background predominantly Jamaican. i feel that i must clarify this some people seem shocked when i tell them this ( and i don't know why) oh well expand your horizons people! i do value a healthy lifestyle and i do find time for physical activity. i have been doing some cycling and running this summer i'll go back into the gym when it gets too cold. i am very grounded but i do like to let loose and have fun too!!
