I'm an active person who hates doing things half way. There are so many amazing things to do and experiences to explore even if there is often so little time to enjoy them. I'd rather play than watch and share than horde. Life is way too short to be mad, angry or sad. We all have days when we need friends to help make us smile and others when all they have to do is enjoy our laughter. I try to be that friend whenever I can.

I love being around people that are excited about what they believe and show a genuine compassion for those around them. I find people that look beyond themselves to be those that have a real enthusiasm and appreciation for what life has to offer. I'm attracted to a person with a warm friendly smile on their lips and a mischievous twinkle in their eyes. It usually means that there's a wonderful heart and enthusiasm for tomorrow beneath...!! People come and go in our lifes for reasons we don't always understand. I've learned that the memories left behind are wonderful things so I'll continue to trust rather than doubt because it's less painful to be disappointed than to hide from the chance to meet a new friend.

I'm a big fan of easy relaxing first encounters. I hate the pressure of first dates because you often aren't able to find out who someone really is when each of you is trying to impress and evaluate the other. It's so much more fun if we can do something that both of us like. That way the date isn't a total loss if we find we're just not into each other.. :-)
