Has anyone besides me noticed that lots of choices on the Fish Personality menu are not actually fish?
I haven't decided what I want to be when I grow up yet. I'm trained as an educator.
I returned to San Diego County in June 2008 after being gone for 12 years. I feel like I've been paroled. Now I am an unemployed science teacher in California. I do substitute teach but it's not the same. I'm a night person. I will read almost anything. I will go to clubs but prefer an atmosphere conducive to sober conversation. I am obsessed with maps and I think Google Earth is the best thing ever. In fact, I'm going to go look at Google Earth right now! ... OK, I'm back. I can strike-up a conversation with anyone, but usually don't. I am content being by myself but prefer good company. I don't believe there is anything 'real' about reality T.V. So I don't watch it. The few shows I will try to watch are Dirty Jobs, Mythbusters, Nova, Blue Planet, and anything on weather or natural disasters. I also really like the show Dexter, and I'm not sure how I feel about that.

I think the happiest place on Earth must be Dog Beach in Ocean Beach, not Disneyland (which I also like) or Disneyworld. So Dog Beach is where my perfect date would start (with Charlie, the dog... I mean with you, but Charlie should come along since it is a beach for dogs. Not that you're a dog! I'm just saying...). Then, if you're not sick of me yet, we would take Charlie home load up the bikes and head to Mission Beach and ride bikes along the boardwalk. We would probably stop for refreshments along the way. Then, if you're still not sick of me yet, we would head to the pavilion in Balboa Park and catch an early evening concert. Then (by now if you're not sick of me then we're probably perfect for each other) it's off to the Gaslamp District for a sidewalk restaurant or a walk along the streets to take in the sights. If it's not too late we might end the night down at the harbor watching the lighted boats and ships come in. That's pretty much the best date I've got.
