Where to begin? Given my vast knowledge and experience I could write forever about myself so finding a starting point is tough.

My sense of humor is dry and sarcastic and sometimes goofy. I try to laugh and enjoy myself. If you didn't at least suspect the first line was just me joking around a little then it's a good bet you will never grasp my awesomeness, and that's okay, particularly if you're good looking. Please drop me a line.

I like books, music, exercise, travel and several other commonly found terms in personal ads. The late, great Kurt Vonnegutt is one of my favorite authors. I watch more movies than television. I'm a computer geek but more in the cool Mac sense and not in the programmer/dandruff/don't-shower sense.

My personality type is INTJ.

I like all kinds of music but I'm pretty picky within each genre. I don't like most Rap, but the rap I do like, I love. I've played in a few jazz and classical bands but the last year I've gotten into ceramics and playing is on hiatus.

In terms of religion and/or life philosophies, I'm probably an Atheist/Humanist. I was raised catholic and am not anti-religion. It's just not for me. Different strokes for different folks.

Another thing about personal ads is you have to be very passionate about something. Some people are passionate about animals, or saving the atmosphere, or fighting injustice and whatnot. Honestly, I had no idea the world was so jam-packed with super heroes and I feel really lame by comparison. I feel like I'm always reading Wonder Woman's personal ad and I should be Superman, or at least one of the tier-2 guys, like Aquaman or Robin. By comparison, I'm not even coo coo for cocoa puffs!

Sure, there's a lot of things that are important to me, but "passionate" - that's such a strong word, like I'd be willing to die for it, or something equally painful. I guess, then, I'm passionate about my family and close friends, the work I do in education, and hopefully someone special I might meet someday. I hope that will suffice in the passion department.

As for who I want to meet, I ask that you not be too pretentious. A pretty smile and in decent shape is also good, and equally comfortable going out and staying in. I think sarcasm is awesome, too, but not negativity!
