About Me
*UPDATE:* I'm not currently looking for anything romantic. Thanks.
I'm looking forward to meeting someone who has a colourful sense of humour, are comfortable around different environments, quirky, at least somewhat active, and perhaps have a bit of that classic charm. You may certainly be complex, but hopefully you know what it is you want in a person too.
I tend to tread off the beaten path and I do it with humour, introspect and exploration.
I come across younger than I am, I'm slim but fit and pretty active, and I tend to carry a classy/funky/indie style; you can take me pretty much anywhere. I'll even go shopping with you!
I'm diverse in my playtime; I occasionally still like to go out and dance or (more likely) see a live band some nights, see certain films on the big screen, go out for sushi, thai, vietnamese or indian food. And there is almost always a festival worth at least checking out.
Other times I'm quite happy to make a nice dinner at home and enjoy it with a shiraz, and watch something like Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Serenity, or perhaps find a gem on the telly.
Don't think I loaf, though. I also like getting fresh air, which means climbing, running, biking, paddling, hiking, or simply strolling the never dull streets of the city. There's ALWAYS something that needs exploring, yes?

 | S_C here: Geez, I've known Paul since 1990 or 1991. He is individualistic, creative, interesting, intelligent and a hell of a dancer. He knows so much about music that I am, frankly, in awe. He's a good friend, a wonderful person and definately an attractive man as well. I'd have to say that Paul is really the whole package for the right woman and since I insisted he come give POF a try -- hopefully some wonderful, non-conforming woman who can hold her own against him with conversation, activity levels and on the dance floor will message him and eventually earn his heart. :> |
