Finally landing back "home" in Comox at the end of August after living over here in purgatory (read Vancouver) for the past three years... and I can hardly wait!

Originally from Saskatchewan, I've also lived in the Caribbean twice and Hawai'i once... to thaw out from the early Saskatchewan years I suppose! In the Caribbean I was project manager for the search/salvage of 16th century vessels wrecked in the territorial waters surrounding the island on which I lived... and it was some adventure!

I'm open, warm, loving and intelligent and know how and when to laugh at both life and myself when necessary (read almost daily). I'm seeking a "true" gentleman, one filled with quiet strength, integrity and honesty who's neither afraid of his emotions nor of speaking openly/honestly about his feelings; he'll know how very important communication is to any relationship, albeit, sometimes difficult. He'll be a man with a passion for life and a generous sense of humour; he'll caring and considerate having perhaps done some personal growth work or at least open to the idea of self-exploration. It will be a HUGE bonus if he loves Mother Nature as much as I do... the mountains and forest are very important to me and the ocean is one of my two passions in life, the other being Border Collies! My partner will hopefully enjoy travel as much as I do, even the arm chair variety. Not looking to "be changed by someone" any more than I am looking to change someone... hope to be accpeted warts and all, as I will accept you! (smile)
