Howdy I'm Alan, a young 23 year old man that's starving for a relationship, not to be confused with desperate. I have a family that will probably say the worst things you'll ever hear about you if you ever disagree with them, but they are harmless and usually don't mean what they say so don't let them scare you off.

I spend a lot of time at my computer working on creating video games, not anything major, mostly small projects with like minded developers online. I do have one big project I've been working on for a long time, which is a commercial quality game engine that I'd like to license out someday to developers that don't want to create a game engine but still have something next-gen and affordable in today's wacky economy.

My current goal in life is to get a game out on the market that sells decent, don't care if it doesn't go gold or even sits on a lot of shelves collecting dust, as long as I can establish a decent player-base to start from. The money I make off the game's I'm responsible for helping to create will be put towards a home of my own design, preferably somewhere peaceful without city lights blocking the view of the night sky.

I enjoy playing guitar, play a bit of every genre of music, but mostly rock, classical, and blues. Went through the excruciating process of building my own guitar from a solid block of high grade mahagony because I didn't much care for the sound on guitars the local guitar shops had to offer.

A thing that sets me apart would probably be that I'm a kind guy whom is entirely to smart but still knows the phrase "I don't know". I really do try my hardest to be a kind guy, but as I've been told I can be brutally honest at times, which tends to offend people. I keep an open mind all the time, it may seem that I'm being dense or arrogant at times, but that's just an act to give me a good vantage point on a situation I haven't figure out completely.

I try not to plan to far ahead because I understand more than enough that situations change enough to refactor the plan on a nearly instantaneous scale. That's not to say I don't attempt at planning things out, after all a good plan can potentially keep ya on track. To me it's a guess of it's better to have and not want then want and not have.

It really depends on what common interest we share, I detest the idea of dinner and a movie as eating and watching a movie don't seem like good places to have a conversation to me, but if that's what it boils down to so be it.
