I am a single dad raising my 3 beautiful kids by myself. I am pretty much a family man, and if the family isn't involved I don't like to do it. My children are 9 y, 6 y, and 5 y. I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, camping, boating, fishing, as long as I'm outside. The person I am looking for must like kids, obviously, and must be trustworthy. Honesty and openness about feelings is most important to me. I'll be original and say I don't want any games... I know what I deserve and what I should expect from a friend/partner and will not settle for less. I'm laid back and anyone wanting to be around me should realize I'm NEVER serious life is too short to get a coronary over the small things. I put God first in my life, then my kids, significant other (there is one I am sure) then myself. I expect the same out of a life partner. I enjoy giving my time to my church and being a full time student with part time contracts and other short term commitments I find I have very little extra time. I am a big IM user so usually my conversations other than face to face are on there, so texting and talking on the phone are not 2 big things with me. I fly r/c planes in some of my spare time, not the toys, the kind that can do full aerobatics in a cul-de-sac. An interest in these would be a BIG bonus for me. Music is a big thing with me as well, I do production lighting and sound (concerts/auditoriums etc) on the side. This is a passion I picked up from helping serve at my church and branched out into other things, including a short stint fulltime with a production company. Personal problem.....I have had 2 relationships RUINED because of their activities on this site. WHY would someone KNOWING this about me continue to be active on this site?!?!?!

anything that would allow 2 people to get to know each other....a simple walk in the park or a drink at a quiet bar or something.
