Hey my name is Joshua and I'm looking to meet new people and maybe a relationship depending how I feel about that person. I currently attend NCCC part time and I work a full and part time job. After this semester I will only need 4 more classes and I will be finished with my associate's degree. My daughter, and yes I said daughter, will be 5 in August. My daughter does not live with me and for people to judge me based on me having a kid is just wrong. I am tired of people's attitude about the whole "guy with kid syndrome" and their beliefs that I am a guy with baggage is getting old. I would like to word this as simply as possible. My daughter does not stay with me, my daughter has a mom and I am not looking for a replacement mom for her, and if you have a problem with the whole kid thing and are too immature of a woman then I do not need to talk to you. I do not judge women on the fact that they smoke or drink, or even have kids, because I am an open minded person and can look past all the extra things that create a person into the individual that they are. I have been on this site for a while now and notice that it's just getting old. I have to vent and clear my thoughts and that is why I write with an added edge of passion. My thoughts on this site so far are disappointing and I lack the reassurance that this site is at all worth my time anymore, so if there are any women out there that can show me you still have class and maturity then I challenge you to write me back and to hold down a real conversation with me. If that doesn't describe yourself then you should just read and delete, because frankly you just saved me the time. I am a picky person when it comes to woman,I believe you have to be physically attracted to that person before you can go on to the next level of an evaluation; I am not ignorant when it comes to that because I would still be friends with that girl if things did not progress into the whole "what could have been" stage. I am here for new friends as well so keep that in mind also. I know that for the women to be on this site that they are tired of the games. I see this, and I know this. I don't blame you for being on this site and you ladies have every right to be on here. I am disgusted with all the men out there and don't understand how they can treat woman like that. For a lady to be cheated on, abused physically or mentally, or even controlled in a relationship is just straight wrong. I don't speak for all men out there because honestly I don't represent them, I only represent myself. I have seen my mom struggle with guys and it hurts to see her go through all the heartaches that she as dealt with throughout the years. She deserves better but there never seems to be better out there for her. She is coming upon an age where it is getting harder for her to meet men. It bothers me that she has met nothing but ***holes her whole life and I just don't get how people can even support the things that guys do. Women should stay strong for every 10 guys that are like that there is one guy that will show you the path to the unbelievable. It also sickens me when I see a beautiful girl that is with a guy that treats her like sh*tand keeps going back to that same guy, I never understood that and question why they do that. If you would like to talk then write back, because I could use some good people to talk to. :)

A first date is embedded in peoples minds as dinner, but why should it be dinner? Honestly do we all have to follow the same pattern? Can we be different or is this just a means to be the standard person? I am not the standard person and I would like to do something different. If you have any suggestions I would welcome them. It honestly doesn't have to be anything flashy, because in my mind it could be simple if that's what it takes. I am not a native to Western N.Y. (Moved here in 2000) so you ladies would have a better sense of things to do out here then I would.
