I live a fairly simple life but that doesn't mean I am a simple woman. I consider myself an active homebody. I live in the country with my dog just outside of Albany. Right now I am renting the top of an old farmhouse but am actively looking for a house to buy in a rural area. Hopefully, a fixer-upper.

Quiet by nature, I prefer to spend time with my significant other or alone working on an art/antique/house project than being out with groups of people. I love long day trips to no particular destination, antique shows/flea markets, hiking, reading, exploring small towns.

I'm college educated, if that matters. I've kept myself in shape and people tell me I look 5 - 10 years younger than I am.

I'm looking for a man who has some sense of inner peace, a life without drama or trauma, a nasty disposition, or a controlling nature. He should have his own interests, but would also enjoy sharing common interests with the woman in his life.
