Hi there!, How are you doing?
Allright then...where do I begin?
I've been single now for about 9 years or so, with a couple of very brief relationships in between. All I can say is that it has been a learning experience, about myself and in understanding the opposite sex. I've had my share of dating during that time and I have met some very exceptional ladies along the way, just not 'the one' that's meant for me. No one's fault, it just hasn't been the right fit or timing from either side. I'm sure it will happen eventually, is just a matter of time, and patience. I guess that is why we are on sites like these....waiting for that opportunity to take place.

For what I am told I am apparently a great catch, or so my family and friends tell me, then again they are biased so they are automatically disqualified,;). In the end only you can be the judge of that. My personality is easygoing and relaxed and I avoid being absorbed by all the trivial things that take so much of people's lives these days. Physical appearance, material posessions, occupation, social presence,...I do ok with all of those, but I do not have time for people that put all their focus and effort on just those. I'm more into the human part of the equation, the spiritual value inside the person, not just the outside or what they do, or what they have or don't have.
I have a hectic and irregular work schedule, but I always make sure I take the time to do things and enjoy myself either on my own or with company. Be it trying out new recipes in the kitchen, spending an afternoon inline skating at the local trail, shopping, you name it....I have always an outlet for enjoyment.

I'm a pretty interesting mix if I had to describe myself. I was raised with old fashioned values and morals, but I'm also very contemporary in my character and personality so is like having the best of both worlds. I'll treat you like the gentlemen of the time of our grandparents, with respect, exclusivity, and romance. But I'm also modern about my ways as a playful, open minded, and eclectic individual.
I can wear a nice suit and tie and look like a hearthrob from the 50's, but if you catch me in my jeans and a long sleeve white shirt then I'm in my play clothes ;).

And music you say? Journey, Nickleback, Michael Bublé, Celine Dion, Luther Vandross, MJ, KISS, Paul Hardcastle, Wham / George Michael, Amy Winehouse, Van Halen,... If you know or can relate to any of these, then you have an idea (and taste) for the kind of music I love.

No matter how many times this is done is always a bit awkward at first so I agree that a simple and relaxing atmosphere is the best way to go.
Perhaps meet at one of the local coffee shops, an evening walk at one of the area parks like Cranes Roost, Sanford Riverwalk, Mt Dora, anything along those lines. Any ideas?
