About me: First off, I will start saying that I am a divorced single parent. If that bothers you, stop reading now and hit the back button, there are other guys on here that may suit your desire. If your a single parent, you understand what I am saying.

Ok, your still here, thats good. I am the type of person with a huge heart, I have a lot to give to the right person, I put 100% into any relationship, and I expect the same in return, even just as friends. The draw back to that is that, it seems I only find the people who want to take advantage of me or they do not put more than an ounce of effort into anything, and so I am lacking in the trust department.

I have been single since 2004 other than a few dates here and there, but nothing has turned from it, being single so long makes me wonder if it will ever change. I will say that although I enjoy going out and doing things, I am more of a homebody and that seems to be a down fall for some. I have always been that way, and having kids at home just makes it more important that I do not go out every night.

I have a few hobbies, One of the biggest is photography. I enjoy going to baseball games, I have not been to a professional game in years, but have went to some Clippers games and had a great time. I enjoy shooting firearms at shooting ranges, and I participate in some second amendment activities as I am a supporter of our second amendment rights. I enjoy playing games on the Xbox, hiking and just doing things that are entertaining.

What else can I say, I own both a home and a SUV. Although both are older and can use some fixing up, they are both all mine and no payments on either. I have a job, and although it is not where I'v had dreams of being, it is what it is at this point, and hopefully things will be better in the future. I am going back to school in the winter of 2010, and even if it takes me years and years to do, I would love to earn a law degree. I enjoy country music and some rap, but really I can listen to nearly anything. I do not drink or smoke nor do I do any type of drugs.

If it seems there is alot of down sides, dont let that stop you from contacting me, I just want to be honest with things, you know, being real.

About you: I dont feel like I ask a lot. I am seeking someone between 22-35 that is honest, open and caring. I dont want someone who will take advantage of me, I want someone that will respect me for who I am, and can be understanding of some of the downsides I have listed above. I prefer someone who does not drink or smoke, but both can be tolerated as long as they are not constants in your life. If your the type that makes plans with your guy and cancels at the last minute so you and your friends can go out to the bar, then we are not going to work. Dont think I am not understanding if plans needs to change for something uncontrollable though, I am an understanding person. I also do not care if you have children or not. But I want to stress, currently, my future does not have me having anymore of my own, so if you are looking for someone to have children with in the near future, I may not be who you are looking for. But if your looking for a real guy, someone who is honest, and will give you his all, maybe you should message me and see what develops. If nothing else, I am a great friend.
