I'm like a big playful boy
In this playground living free

Not bound by tradition
Or what others think I should be

Leading with my heart

Following not, I've done quite well

I'm like a big free-spirited playful boy, but with the maturity of a man where it counts. Don't be fooled by the little "50" that appears under "Age". I am much younger in heart, body, and mind. I climb mountains on my bicycle, ski, snowboard, roller skate, and work out my upper body as well. I am passionate about life and have a boyish sense of fun. I relate better and have a more compatible energy level to someone who is younger, or someone very youthful and active.

Motorcycling season is over for this year. I will be reliving my rides till next season. I am not the typical "biker", I just play one on Plentyoffish...lol. I really enjoy owning my Harley-Davidson, but I do not do bars, rallies, etc. I like to ride through the mountains to get away from it all and enjoy sharing that.

Hi, my name is Mark. I have many interests and enjoy sharing most of them. I would also enjoy learning about yours. I do need some alone time to exercise, think, be creative. I'm not a big crowd person but will tolerate a crowd for a concert or other event. I would rather take a motorcycle ride through the mountains than on a crowded highway. I would rather spend a peaceful night under the stars with you in the fresh air, than in a noisy bar full of smoke. Eating out is enjoyable, but I also like to order in or cook, then cuddle up and enjoy a good DVD or CD. Exercise is a great release for me, as is enjoying the simple things in life. I am a deep thinker who appreciates the era in which we live. Not too long ago people didn't have what is so easily taken for granted, like these computers, not to mention running water!

I have experienced what many people have not been fortunate enough to say they have; A truly wonderful relationship. Unfortunately it ended by her passing away. Along with the loss, I am left with the knowledge of what a truly wonderful relationship is, how it feels, and how to take care of it. Here are some things that made it wonderful: We always had each others best interest at heart, even when it didn't benefit our self. We always looked out for each others happiness, and did little things to make each other happy. We accepted and loved each other for exactly who we were. We greatly appreciated that we had met, and did not take each other for granted or bicker over little things. We shared expenses, as it was just as great a privilege for us both to be together. We never strayed, or even had the desire to. We never said things to hurt one another, but built each other up. We were also best friends.

I would like to meet someone who is just as special in her own ways. It will have to start with someone who has a caring heart. A sense of humor would be a big plus, as would a girlish sense of fun. We should have some of the same interests, but some different interests would be "interesting". The woman I grow to care about is always in my heart when we are apart and has my attention and affection when we are together.
