A smart, out-going 61-year-old woman with many interests, I enjoy a wide range of activities, including sea kayaking, cross-country skiing, cycling, cooking, eating (almost any food) films (as opposed to movies), gardening, walking. I am an inveterate reader of The New Yorker and novels, think Helen Mirren is possibly the world's greatest actor and recently returned from a week of cycling in Sardinia. I've spent a fair amount of time in Mexico and Costa Rica, and speak passable Spanish.
First Date
First a walk, then lunch at an "ethnic" restaurant -- Thai or Japanese or Italian or ? I will walk whatever the weather, and enjoy intelligent conversation before, during and after. The sea wall is a great walk; so is Jericho. As for the restaurant, it's up to you. The idea is to get the conversation flowing and see if we are compatible.
