Hey there, just thought I'd write a bit about me. I'm Rob. I just started working for the company I *WAS* working for in Cambridge for the last 8 months. Thank goodness I don't have to commute any more... 1 hour there, plus 1 hour home, made for a LONG day. It's a truck rental company, and my new position is a lot of fun and challenging at the same time. I'm looking forward to working in this area as it is new for me, but, I enjoy helping people and fixing things. Life is fun sometimes. (Ok I try to make it ALL the time, but hey... That's me!)
Likes:- louder music, such as heavy metal/rock/pop/dance/techno/etc (for the most part I just like louder music and anything goes)
Although usually country is not one of the genres that I listen to loads. To give you a rough idea, my CD collection includes AC/DC, Metallica, Judas Priest, Def Leppard, but also enjoy listening to most 80's stuff and have an addiction to techno. I can go to a CD store, buy a CD of techno and no matter who it is I'm sure I'll like it. (I know, I'm weird, eh?)
- driving (I love going for long pointless drives. Unless you consider going to Windsor for a coffee a "reason")
- helping people
- fixing things (used to be limited to just computers, but nowadays I've gone to school to become a diesel mechanic so I have to say I fix a LOT of different things such as cars trucks, computers, stereos, etc.)
- laughter and smiles. Nothing better than hearing people laugh and have fun

Dislikes:- liars (why waste other peoples time? I want to know who YOU are, not who you think I WANNA know.)

Well, it's hard to say what I would do on a first date with someone because I'd have to know what she's like first.
Find out her interests and figure out the best place to have a little bit of fun, and at the same time be able to get to know her better. Basically I'm up for anything on a first date, not because I'm too lazy to "think", but because I'd be willing to do anything to make sure that the first date is something fun/memorable. Ideas of a good first date? Introduce yourself to me and tell me what we're doin' and where we're goin'...
